I bought my tickets for the Descendents/Suicide Machines/Leftover Crack show. I don't know how I'm getting there but I don't care.

Trent and I showed up just in time to catch the last half of The Copyrights's set and they played "Shit's Fucked" as their closer. No one else really seemed to be into them. I got to see The Flatliners play one ska song- "Fred's Got Slacks." Larry and His Flask was also pretty cool. We went down to the front area just before Leftover Crack and their set was just as intense as last time I saw them in 2008. I also ran into Ryan McCoy during their set in the pit which was unexpected. They also played "500 Channels" and closed with "Crack Rock Steady," which at the end of I looked up and saw Stza crowd surfing through the crowd right above me. The Suicide Machines had the best set by far and everyone went nutz for them. Trent was disappointed they didn't play "Give" off of Soul Skater or whatever Disney movie it was, but they did close with my favorite song "DDT." By that time we had been up front and in the pit for like three hours straight and I couldn't even breath anymore but I had to stay because it was time for The Descendents. The Descendents were awesome, they ended up playing for around two hours and there were two encores. I magically ran into Gabe during their set which I also did not expect and then seconds later I saw him crowd surfed away along with his backpack and bike helmet during "Suburban Home." Having Josh Penn grab and shake me screaming during "Bikeage" and then crowd surfing towards the end of their set was the best. I give it three cool faces.
